Building work that helps people see differently.
Third Legacy Foundation advances disability inclusion through research, education, advocacy, accessible communications, and creative community initiatives.
Proof that the work is already moving.
These initiatives show the range of Third Legacy Foundation: from visible cultural experiences to practical systems that help organizations become more inclusive.
A foundation for the next visible thing.
Our work lives at the intersection of disability inclusion, accessible communication, culture, and public participation. Some projects look like research. Some look like education. Some look like advocacy in motion. All of them are built to help people move from awareness to action.
Built by longtime collaborators.
Felecia and Frankie Wilson live and work in Dallas and are the proud parents of their kids, Zoe and Ellington.
Felecia and Frankie Wilson are Dallas-based strategists, creatives, and longtime collaborators who have worked together for more than a decade. They are the co-founders of Zoe Communications Agency, where they lead behavior-based brand strategy, inclusive storytelling, and community-centered communications for public, nonprofit, and cultural organizations. Together, they launched Third Legacy Foundation to focus on disability inclusion and advocacy, accessible communications research, and creative community initiatives.
